Please fill out the form below and we will get back to you ASAP to confirm your reservation. Due to the nature of our business, most hunts are booked approximately a year in advance, so please don’t hesitate to contact us today to start planning your adventure. All clients will receive a contract either in person or via mail. We require a $1000 non-refundable deposit on all reservations, payable upon signing of contract.
Cancellation Policy
We know nobody likes to cancel their trip of a lifetime, so we will do our best to help accommodate you in the case of a cancellation. That being said, the logistics involved in planning your trip take months to accomplish and last minute changes don’t allow us to salvage our preparations. For these reasons and many others we highly recommend our trip insurance agent to protect yourself in case of emergency. We offer a 50% refund on hunts canceled 6 months in advance. Unfortunately we are not able to offer refunds less than 6 months before your scheduled hunt.
